Lesvos is a land with soul \u2014 authentic and full of flavors, aromas, stories, and people who keep its traditions and hospitality alive.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This year\u2019s Lesvos Food Fest, themed \u201c4 seasons\u20134 \u03b5\u03c0\u03bf\u03c7\u03ad\u03c2,\u201d invites us to go beyond simply sampling the island\u2019s varied cuisine. It wants us to experience Lesvos through its changing seasons by turning to gastronomy as our guide, for in Lesvos every season brings its own colors, its own rhythms, its own tastes. Gastronomic tourism is a strategic priority for GNTO, because it offers a meaningful and immersive connection with culture and local life. It is tourism rooted in flavor, heritage, and memories.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>My warmest congratulations to the organizers and collaborating institutions.
